Are the plates and cups microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all products in the shop are both microwave and dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise. Exceptions include pots that contain crystals, lusters, and marbles.
Where are these products made?
All products listed for sale are made in Laiza's home studio in Fitchburg, MA.

How Often are products made and released?
Laiza works on her art almost everyday, however, it may take weeks or months until they are listed for purchase. We try to release new products monthly. During busy market seasons, site updates will be less frequent due to high demand. If there is a piece you see on social media and not on the shop, don't hesitate to reach out to us to purchase.

If I live locally, can I pick up my piece instead?
Yes, just make sure to select pickup when checking out, and you will get more details once your purchase is ready for pickup.

How can I get a refund?
All product sales are final at the moment. We hope you are all satisfied with your purchases, and welcome all feedback. Please reach out to us, and we will try to mitigate a situation nonetheless.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged packages are unlikely due to the nature of our packing. We often go overboard with packing supplies to insure safe delivery. Additionally, we ship with USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50.00 insurance and tracking. If there is a case of damage, the customer is to contact USPS as soon as possible for a damage claim. If the cost of your damaged products, exceeds $50.00 please email us with proof of damage at laizafuhrmannart@outlook.com, in order to receive store credit.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We try to ship out all orders by the Friday of, unless you choose to add on Priority shipping to the order. If you choose to purchase Priority shipping, we will send it out the next business day. All orders should arrive 1-3 business days once shipped. Tracking is included and will be sent to you via email confirmation.​

What happens if I provided the incorrect address?
Unfortunately, once the package is shipped out, we are not able to refund shipping mistakes. If the package returns to sender, we will send it to the correct address, once the customer pays the additional shipping cost*

What makes Lai Ceramics stand out?
Lai Ceramics is made in small batches and all are created completely by hand, insuring that love and care is infused in each individual piece. Additionally, Lai Ceramics pieces are all one in the same and completely unique, even if they are part of a set. They all have their own individual characteristics. Lai Ceramics are very much like collectibles. They are functional art pieces created by the hands and mind of a fine artist.

What does Lai Ceramics do to give back?
Lai Ceramics gives back by creating and dedicating sets to charities such as the Child Mind Institute. Additionally, at pop up markets, Laiza will dedicate certain products for charities and other causes occasionally. Lai Ceramics plans on one day adding a 10% pledge on all pieces for charity. Until then, stay on the look out for seasonal donation sets.
